Foundation (Beginner)
Perfect for those new to Reformer Pilates, Foundation is designed to introduce you to the essential movements and principles of Pilates in a supportive and welcoming environment.
In this class you’ll learn how to properly use the reformer while focusing on alignment, breathing, and core engagement.
Expect a steady pace with clear guidance as we build strength, stability, and confidence in the basics. This class is ideal if you’re completely new to Pilates, returning after a break, or looking to
refine your technique.
By the end of the session, you’ll feel stronger, more connected to your body, and ready to progress to more challenging classes.
Sculpt
Sculpt is a reformer class focused on controlled, intentional movement that helps lengthen and define the muscles. With time to move with precision, you’ll focus on creating long lines through the body while keeping the core fully activated throughout each sequence.
Expect targeted exercises, small pulses, and moments of hold that allow the muscles to work deeply and with control. This class gives you the space to really connect with the movement, challenge your endurance, and feel that signature Pilates burn.
Perfect for those who enjoy mindful movement, strong core engagement, and leaving class feeling toned, worked, and energised.
Burn
Burn is a dynamic, higher-energy reformer class designed to get your heart rate up while challenging strength, endurance, and coordination. Expect faster-paced transitions, energising sequences, and plenty of pulses that will have your muscles firing.
This class combines controlled Pilates movements with intensity to keep you moving, sweating, and pushing your limits. You’ll work through full-body sequences that target the core, glutes, arms, and legs while maintaining the precision Pilates is known for.
Be prepared to sweat, pulse, and leave feeling strong, energised, and accomplished.
