Álvaro Pedrós joins Carbon Padel Club as Lead M3 Coach, bringing elite Spanish coaching expertise to Manchester.
As one of M3’s trusted coaches, Álvaro has been trained directly within the academy’s high-performance framework and will oversee full implementation of the M3 methodology at Carbon.
Álvaro specialises in tactical intelligence, structured player development and performance progression. His sessions are detailed, purposeful and tailored to each player’s level, ensuring every session has clear objectives and measurable outcomes.
